I sent in my monthly dispute to CSC last month. Well I called the other day seeing how it's been two weeks past due on the results. They said they had no record of my dispute. I used their form and sent it regular mail. I know I should send it CRRR, but I didn't. I pulled my report and on the inquiry section it has CSC reinvestigation dated a few days after they would have recieved my dispute. Would this be sufficient evidence to say they recieved it? I disputed 7-28-02, the inquiry is on there 8-7-02. Also I am supposed to call them back today to see if they got things worked out or found it; should I tell them I have proof they recieved it? This being a bluff, but I figure they don't know that and I could just send some more letters threatning them. Let me know what you all think. thanks
I am forced to use CSC too. They are a total 100% administrative nightmare! This doesn't surprise me one bit. I would act on the bluff idea and approach them accordingly. What do you have to lose? Next time...CRRR.
