I currently live in Virginia and Equifax handles my disputes. I have pretty much gotten as far as I can with them without suing. I don't plan to give up, but I was thinking about using my Texas address and disputing with CSC (eq affiliate). I disputed with CSC for my mother and now her report is clean, so even though they do delete positives and are not easy to deal with, at least I could start new with them. My first question is "is this possible?" or will they transfer my disputes back to EQ since they handled my previous ones despite my address changes and secondly is this a good tactic to try? I don't want to hurt myself more, but EQ won't stop verifiying this debts. Thanks in advance for your advice.
