They deleted an old tradeline off my account. was dola 96. Made my history 8 years old. now its only 4 years old and lost 30 points. I call them up. they have no record of ever having that account. Of course the stupid broad keeps saying no way we deleted it. I tryed to explain my massive number of inquires and new accounts. That they deleted it because of space reasons. Sorry sir, we dont just delete tradelines for no reason. Okay so what do i have to do to get it back on. Well sir you will have to to have the creditor put it back on. Since they were the ones that deleted it. AWWWWW. i want to punch something.
CSC never does anything wrong according to them. I have had so many issues with them. Talk to a supervisor- they are hard as hell to get but they'll be the only ones who can help you. Fax the credit report with the item on it and the new credit report with it deleted as well. I posted a CSC fax number not too long ago you can find it if you search for it.
