Does anyone know of an address where they will accept CRRR letters? I tried the following address, which I got off of their website, but the letter was returned. CSC Credit Services Consumer Assistance Center P.O. Box 674402 Houston, Texas 77257-4402
DON'T open the letter and leave as is if you go to SMALL CLAIMS COURT... Was it REFUSED? You can send it regular mail...but you have no proof of receipt. Try FEDEX or UPS??? (you have to get a street address).
I have had success in faxing in disputes and phone disputes. I believe the Fax number is listed on the bbb web site. If not I've got the # in my office and will post later. T-Man

They routinely change their PO Box numbers and also their fax numbers. We usually try to keep each other up to date
I mailed a dispute to CSC/Equifax (regular mail) to: CSC Credit Services Box 674406 Houston, TX 77267 Notice both the box# AND zip are slightly different! They handled it appropriately. I also faxed a dispute to 281-878-1974, and when I was on the phone with them about something else andmentioned it to them they said they had received it and had already begun an investigation. Just hold on to the returned letter and 30 days after you mailed it send the estoppel letter.VERY IMPORTANT :What ever you do do not open the returned letter.
1* I would not advise sending them another letter.You do not owe them a 2Nd. chance. 2*Don't fax them and give them more help to nail you. !
