Anyone have any Credit Union recommendations?

    Pentagon Federal (penfed.org)

Click on join, and start going through the qualifications. If you don't meet any of them, keep going. At the end it tells you that members of the NMFA are eligible. The NMFA is the National Military Family Association. Anyone can join for $20.

It will give you the option to join both NMFA and PenFed. You don't have to remain a member of NMFA after you become a member of PenFed, so it's not $20 a year, just join it once and you're done.

Penfed is definitly on my want list, I opened a savings with them after joining the NMFA, they have a sweet cash rewards card that I tried for but they declined me stating I was "pyramiding debts". So I am waiting to try again.

NASA is also another one I have been looking at, they have a pretty nice cash rewards card too, you can join the Space Society for about 18 I think to apply. I haven't joined them yet though so I can't speak of experience.

Patelco is another one I have heard peeps talk well of but I have no experience there either.

I've heard CU's are really nice to use though.

    Good luck!
