The original creditor or the collection agency? I have some medical bills I want to pay for deletion and not sure who to contact with the offer, the original creditor or the collection agency.
I asked the CA they said NO. I called the hospital they said yes they would do it. They told me to come down and they will give me a letter EACH time I pay an account off showing that they will delete it and they agreed to fax to the CRA immediately upon paying the bills.
Christi So you have had success with this then? Have you paid the medical bill in full or did you negotiate? Then when you pay they have contacted that CA and they actually deleted them from your accounts? That is very encouraging. Thanks.
To Love They are in collections and I was not sure who to contact about paying. I have no idea when there was an update.
