CW not working - code?

    Hi,

    I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the following code so I have some idea what to expect when I contact Equifax this morning.

    The system will not allow me to pull a report. It says:
    Result:INPROCESS
    Eval code: 10
    ?: KM

    Any ideas?
