I've been trying to get into Equifax's Credit Watch for a month. Every time I get a screen telling me the system is Temporarily Unavailable". I've called several times and they say they will send a note to the "tech department". Today I was less than my courteous self. I talked to a supervisor who said they've had problems because they had ". . . so many people with this problem." They again promised a resolution in 3-5 business days. Of course he will monitor it personally because I am one of their ". . . important customers." AARGH!
