I just want to get rid of this chevron inq so I can reapply for the Blue. Amex is frustrating me. each day they give me another reason for not extending me credit. Their last 4 excuses this time really ticked me off.
Well, I am pulling again. I believe the reason for not being able to pull it last two days was too many inquiries. I've had more than 150 ( soft- no hard) and they deleted more than 60 this morning.
Ok, theses people are being pains in the A***. I called them today because i could not access my report. Given the fact that I do have over 190 inquiries, I still want my "unlimited score and reports". Seh said that you can only pull your report, once every 24 hours to the minute. I filed a complain with the Better Business Bureau in Atlanta and I have the Vice-President's name all complaints through the Atlanta office of the BBB go through him. My previous complaint was settled with favorable conditions. I will file another complaint against Equifax today for false advertising and breach for contract. As previously stated, this is a class action law suit waiting to happen. So, I believe that we all should file this complaints with the BBB and get some results.
I thought this also, and they may still say it, however, this is what it says at the top of the report: "This Credit Report is available for you to view for one year as long as you maintain your subscription. If you would like a current Credit Report, you may order another by clicking on the "get a new one" link in MyEquifax section."
