I gave up my job 3 years ago to care for my elderly parents, both 84. shortly after I moved in with them my mom died. My father is on peritineal dyalisis. every 4 hrs 24 hrs a day. he only recieves SS. when mom was alive her SS paid taxes. they have lived here for 52 yrs. He does not have an extra dime left after meds, hosp visits. supplies, utilities,food, etc. I have contacted EVERYONE congressmen, senet, town council, tax people ,even emailed senetor clinton! (her office called!!) no one can help I was told we are in one of 3 counties that does not allow "payments" and there are NO exceptions, I have tried for a loan, but without a job AND my credit just about non-existant , no one will even talk to me. Does anyone have a sugestion. thanks. ladybugs
