There is a nationally syndicated radio show called the troubleshooter. The hosts' name is Tom Martino. The web site is www.troubleshooter.com. He takes calls on the air and then contacts the business to try and straighten it out - all on the air. If he believes the guy is a scumbag, he will say so and announce it for all the world to hear. He usually gets good results also. Your friend will have to be the one that calls. If you go to the website you can find a radio station in your area so you can listen and call in.
