   I just checked on one of my reports and even though I closed Speigels a month earlier than Exxon, speigels is still showing up open!, but thankfully exxon has it marked closed. I think it's too early for Lowes.

   I had the same experience when I closed my Spiegel account;they appear to move "slow" on SEVERAL things.By the way,did they send you a letter of confirmation(will be your proof if ever you should encounter a "problem").
