Can someone tell me where I can get a copy of the FCRA version that states that the date of last activity is to be used when determining how long something can be reported? TIA, Love
This is the rule: http://www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/fcra.htm#605 I suggest you, and everybody else that has questions about the fdcpa and fcra copy and save the rules and read them. It really helps.
