   Yes Dave(LV) and Lizard(King) write a mean letter. There are other really great letters. Search the board for some, they are interesting and will give you other ideas of how to form a letter best fit for your situation.

   yep..been doing that......I had a similar situation with burdines....Experian did a computer validation only, so now I am going after Burdines...they haven't reported since 1999!!!!!
