Re: Re: Deadbeats.com But, he was trying to get CA's to send him the list of their 'deadbeats' to be included in his web site, that would make the CA's be in violation of the FDCPA (Which explains why he didn't get any/many takers. )

The FTC held that even a mass mail offer for a 'free' calling card is an indirect collection activity, and is therefore subject to the FDCPA in its entirity.
