While in the process of making my disputes, I got two letters from NCO Financial Systems about my wife and I's Capital One accounts. I disputed both of these accounts due to incorrect balances on both of these with the crb's.

I guess while getting verification, Cap One decided to sic NCO on me. Can the group give me a stratgey on dealing with them? From reading this and other forums, NCO is kind of the crapbowl of collection agencies. Should I use the 30 day verify on them?

Should I use the cease and desist letter or the debt validation?

You are being too kind when you refer to them as a crapbowl.

They will delete in return for payment, even though they say they won't. But, you absolutely must get it in writing before you pay. Do not trust them under any circumstances.
