everytime i call a place for assitance i get the worst and rudest service from black people. even when there not rude they dont seem to help at all. maybe white people treat blacks this way? just from years of experience i always ask for a white woman. i ussually keep calling and hanging up until i get a white person or i just flat out ask for one. but thats what ive learned takes to get the best results 80% of the time. ok im ready to get flamed.
I honestly don't think race has anything to do with a person being rude. There are many people in the world that are nasty human beings because they chose to be. Others are just plain unhappy or have had difficult lives. And sometimes a person is just having a horrible day and acts hostile to others. But you can't think it's just one particular race of people that act this way. I've had people of every race treat me disrespectfully at one time or another. It doesn't matter what color/age/gender/sexual orientaion a person is...rudeness can come from anyone.

why did i post this, because i just spent my hole f$cking day dealing with this black guy at a creditor office telling me, when i could talk. how i was not willing to pay my bills and how im refusing blah blah, never returning my calls after etc.... of course at the end of the day i never owed sh%t and they didnt know why or how that got put on my account. dont read my post if you dont like it. as a war veteran i believe ive earned my right to free speech in this country. until you earn yours shut the f$ck up!!
The lovely way that you chose to express yourself illustrates my point. My the guy's attitude has something to do with your nasty attitude. Your problem goes far beyond race. Oh, and the fact that I live in this country gives me the same right to free speech as you!
You are a war Veteran? how disappointing and person who has "earned free speech" telling another to shut up. Have you explored the idea that perhaps you are the rude person and that everytime you encounter a black person (by phone) that you just bring out the "rudeness" in them.
When I am treated rudely, I get nasty. If someone treats me nice, they get the same thing back. In general, I pick up on the attitude of the other person. I am a nice person, but decided not to take crap from anyone. That basically explains my attitude. I pick up from the original post a serious dislike of black people. I am guessing that when you talk to blacks, they also pick up on that right away. I suspect that is why you are getting what you perceive as a hostile attitude - they are responding in kind. If you only have problems with blacks, I suspect it is because you treat them differently. I am not judging, just expressing an opinion. I grew up prejudiced against blacks, Jews and French people. It was based on what I heard, not my experiences. Once I got to know blacks and Jews, I saw they are the same as me. I lost my prejudices towards them. That is my 2 cents

I am pleased that you were able to open you eyes and to be able to see people for who they are as individuals... whats funny about this message board is you never really know the race of the person that is helping you and I think for cheap to make that comment is just shooting him/herself in the foot. It sucks to be on the phone with a belligerent collector.. but lets face it.. many of the collectors are regardless of race are sometimes tough to deal with. hahah.. Hmmm..funny side thought I don't ever recall ever meeting a Jewish person.. ever...
