Get em. I am gonna nail cbc credit services in middleburg heights here next week. They lose the mail, the fax goes down, the phones go down, I did not include page 2 and 3, the received fax disappeared, the deletion from the CA never showed up- I am tired of their excuses.

Actually I've been so hard at work with lawsuits you can also add.....GMAC, Kohls Department Stores, Collectech Systems, Capital One, Cross Country Bank, FCNB, Credit Bureau Services collection Agency, BankFirst and First Premier..... wow you are busier than I am even. I have never sued anyone before but I filed against six flags. Next friday I am filing against ucb collections in toledo, oh, cbc credit services, and disney mbga(applied for cc, turned down, hard inquiry on report says for collection purposes instead of for a regular cc inquiry. mortgage guys is like 'inquiry says collection so you must have one out there and I need letter from them which they are ignoring so they will pay for it.)
I am suing all 3 next week as well. Pure and simple, slam dunk: The FCRA states specifically that they cannot report any paid tax lien that from date of PAYMENT antedates the report by 7 years. ALL 3 are using date of release. Long story, but the state tax folks mailed it to an old address using an old name in 1996 (payment made 5/13/1995). I got second release last month. They have essentially reaged it by 7 YEARS. However, the state sent me a letter that included date of payment, date of first release, date of second release. Faxed it to the bureaus and they only updated from unpaid lien to paid lien 7/02!!!! This is the slam dunk, but not the only violation I am suing for!

I am in akron actually. I am ok with cbc credit services now after we came to an understanding. I have someone personally handle my file. Heck I have someone who personally handles my file at all 3 CRAs. The lady at cbc helped me so much I sent her 2 six flags tickets last week. It never hurts to keep your contacts happy.
I hate cbc (middleburg heights). I disputed a pd chgoff so many times (6) that they sent me the actual verification form from the OC. I've been on the OC for some time now with no success, It's the only derog on my EQ and its old, so my score is still around a 720. They did however forget to white out the subscriber id and other OC identifying info. If I was unscrupulous........
I may be right behind you. I have two letters from the OC from before two disputes that were verified, that say remove. I recently faxed them telling them to get it right or get sued. A 13 year old pd chgoff showing as a current pd chgoff. A score killer for sure.
