   I had found a judgement notice but i never remember recieving service on this...so the company won by default because i never showed up ....any ideas on how to fight this ...NYS is where it was filed

   If you were never served, you may be able to have the judgement vacated. See an attorney who deals with consumer debt collection law. You might try naca.net.
