can please someone tell me any tips I'M planing to purchase the house and have over 7k on charge off my loan officer told me if i pay off all these debt he will get a fha loan? some of these are over 5 yr old any advice? milmil
RE: debt negotiation/settlemen Yes, read our debt negotiation and statute of limitations page. Your loan officer may want those paid but at your credits long term expense. Learn to settle-negotiate them right to avoid a bunch of paid charge offs.
