Debt Recovery Solutions - Nightmare

    I have one collection account from aboce CA which drop my score 657 - I have sent out 3 certified mail validation letters but has not heard back from them what to do - I'm in middle of buying the house and this will cause me major $$$ ..

    I sent a VR to them too, and had no response, but they violated when they verified with CRA.
    Have you disputed with CRA to try to catch them in a violation?

    I did and XPN/TU Came back with verified - Dont know what else I can do -

    Demand Procedures from CRA's now...after that I'm not sure.
