Anyone have any luck with them. I have been sending them verification letters for well over 3 months. They will not answer a freaking letter. They have also validated (even though I strongly believe Experian didnt reinvestigate). with EXP. I sent EXP a letter asking them to provide documentation of how they validated. What next? I hate DRS........

I knew this company sounded familiar... ;)

I broke rule #1 with this company when they contacted me about a year or so ago, and it worked, all my communications when they contacted me were over the phone, I called them, over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, repeatedly asking when I would get the complete validation that I requested, when the 'validation' came on the day of the deadline that they gave when I pressured them for an exact date as to when I would get the response, the validation was for like $0.17 of an alleged $200+ account...

I called back, asked for the person whom signed the letter with the validation, and told her that I requested all documentation, and they didn't provide it, and after I brow-beated her personally, she finally deleted the account.

If I remember correctly, the date that they had given me over the phone was about 2-3 months after I had first spoken with them, maybe a little longer than that.

I typed a letter for my sister to send to them on September 12, so it'll be a compare and contrast on playing by the books, and breaking the first rule... :)

I am not suggesting calling them over the phone, now I wouldn't do it unless I knew I had them by the (uncomfortable part of their anatomy). :)
