I had a loan with the locall bank the account has been charged off and I would like to begin repayment. How do I find out the exact amount that is due and the interest rate and fees if any. I would like the information in writing and prefer to deal with the original creditor.
Ummm....have you called the bank to ask them?? Seems to me you know who the bank is...call them and tell them what you are trying to do...see what they say.
