I live in Arizona and would like to settle with the following creditors; Citibank, Providian, Capital One, Nextcard, and First USA. Is it enforceable if they accept payment as in full and agree to remove the negative credit ratings? All accounts have been charged off and it seems that some have been sold. If the account is sold can I still settle with the OC? Appreciate any advice.
