    Hi,
I have heard about so many cases where people face problems with the exceeded limit of credit. How will they come out of issues with exceeded credit?

Hmmmm...this sounds like a setup for a spammy response post.

If not, could you please repost with a question that actually makes sense?

I have heard my friends saying that they exceed their credit limit when using their credit cards. I think it is better to not use credit cards instead of repenting later.

Well, that's your opinion. I prefer to use credit cards responsibly and stay within my limit.

No problem, but do you actually have a question we can help answer?

Let me take a stab at this. Exceeding your credit limits isn't really much of a problem so long as you don't get yourself in so deep that you can't bring the card back to being under limit immediately. A much better way to manage it is to keep a safety pad on your card at all times of at least $50 and don't max your cards out at all. In fact, you need to keep your card usage down to somewhere in the range of 5 to maybe as much as 20 percent of your credit limits. So if you have a $1,000 limit on a card you should never let the balance get higher than about $200.

If you are continually over limit the card company may well consider you to be too big of a risk and cancel your card. Let one card do it and others might very well follow suit and your credit is totally wrecked.
