ok......so going over all the papers on file...I come accross a certificate of service from the plaintiff stating they did mail to me their first set of interogs and discovery. dated 8/25/08 As I stated in my previos post, I didnt receive them. what I did receive (on 8/25/08) instead was a packet from plaintiff sent cert mail. in the packet was all the exhibits and affidavits filed by plaintiff and a motion for summary judgement. I am CERTIAN that I didn't receive a packet with discovery and interogs. However there is this paper on file that certifies that they did send it. what can I do now?
