Well I finally retrieve my password and now I order and receive a message that system is busy and I will receive email when they can process my order grrrrrr, does it ever end. Anyway I know others received this message last night, how long before you were able to get your reports?? Thanks

Re: delay in receiving score s I have high speed cable access and the Equifax site is crawling this morning. It appears that maybe the site has crashed due to extremely high volume. Give it a little time! Chet
Re: delay in receiving score s I am still receiving the "error occured in processing order. Try again later" message. Called Equifax this morning. Got through in 2 minutes - impressive. They said that is one of the messages some customers have been getting and it should be taken care by noon EST time. Dani
