I have been told I'd get a reply in a certain number of days by: Express Radio Shack Citibank MBNA for the easier cards. Does anyone have experience where they were told to wait for a mail reply but were approved? Express has not shown up on my credit report, nor has MBNA. Does this mean they are soft inquiries and I am approved? Steph
