Had an account deleted on equifax it was with NCO Financial. Now the same account is showing up on experian under a MAB?

I have already sent a validation letter to experian.

Is there anything else I can do considering the account was deleted and NCO never sent me any documentation supporting the debt.

You have nco on a $1K violation here if they are reporting this to Exp. and never validated with you. What was debt amount?

I had the same thing happen with NCO debt... received letter they couldn't validate, it was deleted and less than a month later it reappeared under the name of a different CA. Send a letter to the CA let them know you are ready to sue if you do not get immediate deletion.

The debt is almost 5k. When you all say send letter of intent to sue who should I send the letter to NCO or the new one that is showing up MAB?

    Thanks so much
