I have been going round and round with this CA. Did the validation route, etc. Now at some terms for settlement. I just checked my EQ report and it seems they have inserted this tradeline on my reports. I had disputed several times with EXP, the only one it was showing on and it came off a few months ago. Now they do this dirty trick of inserting on my EQ file. Can they do this?
