Had an account reporting only on EXP that was included in my BK. Until the other day, reported as a good TL, closed by me. Just turned into a chargeoff as of June-03 the other day. I disputed it online and pointed out the absurdity of the two differing statuses. It got deleted in one day. I was worried about how it would affect my FICO, going back to 88. Turns out my concern was for nothing - checked today and a month after my previous check, I'm up two points to 695. Nothing else has really changed, so I might have gained two points just for having another month pass and this TL didn't mean much either way. OR, I might have gone up even more... but in any case, I could see 700 somewhere around the new year...
Re: deleted in two days - damn I'm The "hot" thing is completely bogus and meant to be humorous, because nothing to date has happened so easily & quickly. And I have zero expectations I will be this hot in the future. I'm sure they're taking notice, because at the end of a recent TU CR it says something like "Has generated 133 inquiries in the last 30 days"... he he he... wonder why...
