Does anyone know if the CRA's systems are set up in such a way that they can retrieve information based upon a date? For example, if one were to file a lawsuit and request the production of Plaintiff's consumer report on Jan. 1, 1997, would they be able to produce it or are the purged items actually completely purged at some point? L
I doubt that it would be completely purged from their files. They keep track of our disputes and how many times an item has been "verfied". So they must have that info. somewhere.
