What would be the steps to take if one tradeline is deleted from CRA and it remains on the other???

Good Luck, in my experience they will still go thru the whole dispute process. I've sometime included a copy of the other bureau and i blacked out other stuff i didn't want them to see. It worked once, but other time they reinvestigated.....

OK, I request with the CA and once I get my green card back I dispute with the CRA...................What is the reason why I do that????? ---i forgot---

To see if they verify with the CRA during the FDCPA Validation process and also see if they follow the requirements of the FCRA and FDCPA as listing the account as "Consumer disputes account"

If the verify and do not list the account as in dispute, you have just nailed the CA on violations of the FCRA and FDCPA.....Enjoy!!

O.k. but how do we see or know if they they did mark the item as being disputed???

Is that where the credit monitoring comes into play???

You would see it next to the account when the credit bureau sends you the results of your dispute and your new credit report.

If you belonged to one of the monitoring service's. and you are in the middle of validation/dispute process and you are checking your report throught out the 30 days, should 'nt you see a notation online when you pull a clean report that the cra comment "consumer disputes" and also a comment that the Ca would of reported to the CRA that consumer disputes ?

Not necessarily, it's actually rare that you see a CA put that notation on the CR, because they realize that it's a violation to do so while you are still trying to validate with them. Either that, or the CRA doesn't allow them to put that on there while we are validating with the CRA. They are more hip to our games that we think they are.

Now, what happens if the CA sent in the dispute via "tape" and the CRA just hasn't received it yet? They claim this all the time. They all suck. Period.
