    Hi,

I read somewhere that if I can remove my previous address, There is a chance that the creditor can not varify. My question is If I have my previous address removed already (By Phone), How long should I wait to send the next dispute letter? I have a few to dispute.

    Please Help.

I had my previous addresses removed (Haven't lived at those address in over 5-7 years).

about 2 months later, the addresses were added back, but with errors - wrong street name, etc.

    This was with Equifax.

What don't you call the CRA and ask who reported them? I know Experian won't mind telling you.

Jet here's some info.I talked to a transunion person that helped me out and she said that the deleted address stays on their "screen" for about 6 months b4 it goes into archives-that is if you do not do any disputes in the meantime. This seems to be the same with the other cras. Altough your current report doesn't show an old deleted address it still may be seen by a reviewer unless you wait a period of time which varies from cra to cra.
