Deleted/Reinserted 4 times-Pls Help

I had a CH13 bk deleted from DH's EQ(CSC) report 2 years ago. About 8 months ago, I submitted yet another online dispute for mine. CSC, in their normal process, transferred my online dispute MANUALLY into their system. In a clerical error by CSC, my bk dispute was overlooked. They entered 2 of the 3 items I had disputed. The bk was never entered into dispute. On day 35 of that dispute, I sent a letter to CSC saying "delete the bk now, your 30 days are up." Of course they said "What bk dispute?" I proved it to them via a screen print from their online system. A person in their legal department took it upon themselves on day 49 to do a thorough phone investigation with the federal bk court. What had been reporting on my CSC report for 2+ years was an incomplete mess. The bk listing was full of errors. After her phone investigation, the listing was not only complete, it was now 100% perfect (it was also now listed as "joint" for the first time)! I asked "what about all of the times you verified that completely wrong information?" Under pressure, CSC reluctantly agreed to delete the new improved bk listing off of my report. In the process of her phone investigation, the CSC legal rep had learned that the bk was joint with my DH (who had had the bk deleted from his report 2 years prior through dispute). They immediately put it back on his report when they added all of the additional info to my bk on my report. So, I sent a reinsertion letter for DH, and finally it was deleted. Now mine and his were clear of the bk. Then they reinserted the bk on mine. I sent the reinsertion letter, they finally after 2 months deleted it off of my report. Two days later it reappeared on his report. I sent the reinsertion letter for him. Two months passed, they finally deleted his on the 26th of this month. Guess what? Mine was reinserted two days later!

How many times do we have to do this? This could literally go on for 4 more years. I know they can cloak it and never allow it to come back; however, I feel if I cause too much of a stink of the cloaking issue, I will get that magic 5 day letter immediately and all hope will be gone to ever get it deleted again. They must have to manually reinsert it each time (because no one is reporting the bk). I can't figure out why they don't just send both DH and I a letter within 5 days and end this thing for them forever.
