I disputed a Student loan collection on Equifax and this is what they said: We have researched the collection account. the results are: Credit Bureau Enterprises Acct # XXXXXXX THIS ITEM HAS BEEN DELETED FROM THE CREDIT FILE So I go over to collection accounts and what do I see? Credit Bureau Enterprises Acct # XXXXXXX I call them, they tell me it is being manually deleted. What crock is this. Do I have them on a violation? What should I do? Also, everytime the send me a report (3 in last week) the have my name different every time. I have told them How to report it, but they keep doing it their way which is wrong.
