I just received my response from CSC Credit Services regarding my request for re-investigation of 5 accounts on my Equifax report. The cover letter said that all 5 were deleted. Included with the letter is a copy of my report. This report has two of the accounts STILL ON THE REPORT with a reported date in August. My question is: Should I simply call CSC and tell them to remove the items and send me a new report, or should I keep it all in writing?
