i have several bad credit item that are due to come off on april of next year 2003 is there any way for me to have them removed early if so please send info on this subject
If they are that old you could always dispute with the 3 CRAs first. Usually about 50% fall off that way. I would not go the way of validation if they are gonna drop off in 10 months. It may piss someone off and they could do something illegal like reage the account or start bothering you and then it would take many hours of effort to get them to comply with the law.
When you dispute with the CRA wont they contact the OC/CA to get verification of the debt? If so will this not wake the giant and then the process you talk about may occur?
