For those of you who have either successfully deleted their bankruptcies off their CR or just waited the 10 years and they have fallen off, I have a question..
Do you still admit to having a bankruptcy on any applications that ask? or since it is not on your CR you just say no and leave it at that.

This is just my opinion, but heck no...don't admit it if it's not on your report. You've done your time, which in many cases is more time than a violent criminal does for murder. This thing shouldn't be a debilitating factor for the rest of your life. Unless someone is doing a background check specifically looking in bk records, your bk info will not come out. If I were ever "caught" with this discrepancy, I would just plead ignorant..."Oh, I thought you meant bk'd in the last 10 years...oops". Many applications do say "have you declared bk in the last 7/10 years?" anyway. So, it's not that big of a stretch.
