I have disputed two collection accounts with experian. They kept coming back as verified, however the last time I had letters from both collection companies and copies of the UDF forms. I sent copies to experian and they said they could not use them as they have to contact col companies and this could take up to another 30 days. Any suggestions

    So, what's a UDF form?

Universal Data Form. It's commonly used between subscribers and the CRA's for the purpose of making changes, deletions, etc.

-Well, if you send "evidence" to the consumer reporting agency, and they came back and verified the the "incorect" info, seems to me you may have a case of a violation of FCRA 623 (b). :)
