Just sent a validation letter off, waiting for the green card. Do you think I should send the CRA a "demand letter"/"procedure request" simultaneously, or wait for validation from CA (if any) first?

What I have done in the past was wait about 4 -5 days after sending the validation, and then sent my dispute to the cra's.

I tried disputing 3 times from Equifax and they claimed verification each time. Was gonna wait to dispute again for a month because It was just "verified" last month. LKH, you think I should roll the dice again huh?

Here's what I did. I don't know why it worked, but it did. Do your validations with the ca. Hopefully they won't respond. 30 days, send the estoppel. When they don't answer that either, send a letter to the cra with copies of all letters and certified receipts, demanding they remove this info that obviously can't be proven or verified.

I did this for C.H.O.D. and got that last piece of @#^% gulf state off.

The letter I sent to the cra has been added to the letter section by pbm. It is dated 12/12. Other than that, the cra may refuse to investigate again if you ask now. But maybe not. Either way, give it a shot.
