Re: I'm having trouble with this... I would really like to hear opinions on this, as I would love to sue MOHELA over validating disputed information. I have been trying since March to get something updated or removed! My take is that I should sue in small claims court, reguardless. Worst thing is I would not be able to collect any damages. (Well, I guess I could lose, but not likely.) More likely is that MOHELA will ask what I want to keep it out of court, and I will get the deletion I am after. Or better yet, they will mark it paid as agreed )
