I believe paypal usually gives instant approval, also they (prov) normally call within a day or 2 after your initial application to verify your information.
yah i got instant approval for their crappiest card with $300 limit. the nerve.... It was a cool looking see-through dark grey card. Cut it up and told them to shove their crap card where the sun don't shine..
