Hey, anyone have any advice for me. I applied online for the bofa platinum fixed 9.9 and was denied. They checked my TU score, which is 751 currently. Under the reason for their decision...there was nothing listed. I'm on hold trying to find out what their decision was based on...but I'm getting tired of waiting; it's been 30 minutes. On my cr, I have a paid student loan, paid installment loan, current on my current installment loan (which is at $4,000 of $12,500), a capital one card which is paid, and a pier one card which is almost at 0. Any suggestions? How do I use planet feedback?

Go to Planetfeedback.com, register and send a letter. I did so after a denial and they got right back to me requesting further information and shortly thereafter approved me for a $5k Platinum.
I have sent a letter to planet feedback....we'll see what happens. I tried calling BofA and they had me on hold for 45 minutes before hanging up on me. Thanks for the help.
WAS YOUR 750 FICO ON TU OR FAKO THAT could be the problem the other problem could be cap 1 not reporting cl and lack of history with credit cards ??????
My 750 was from privacy guard..so it's a fako i'm sure..but the actual score is probably not far from that....I have no lates, no delinquents..perfect history for that matter. Yes, my capital one does not report...so that could be a problem. My credit history is 6 years old though...so we'll see.
Can you post a sample RECONSIDERATION letter??? I just got turned by BOFA two, I have some baddy's but I can explain them. I don't know what to say in a letter, can you please assist me in explaining some of my negs. and maybe supplying information.
When I applied online and checked their website, the reason for denial was blank also, so I called them and all they needed to do was verify some info I think. After that, they approved me for $6300 right over the phone. So just wait until you speak with them.
