I was denied by Equifax to even look at removing my inquiries, they stated I needed to get a hold of the creditor that ran the check... They can;t do this can they... Sorry I'm a newbie
I don't think I understand. You couldn't see your inquiries or they completely refused to even address your concern about an inquiry? If it was the latter, yes I believe it. Check out Lizardking's thread on "My Trans Union Inquiry Lawsuit." It is the same situation except with TU.
