I received a judgement against me as a victim of ID theft. CC company is seeking to depose me. What can they do if I don't comply.
They can get a court order compelling you to comply. If you ignore the court order, you could be held in contempt of court, and you would be arrested and brought before the judge for possible fine / jail time
Are you saying you were the victim of id theft, or they were by you? If the former, when you found out you were a victim of id theft, did you file a police report? Did you send an affidavit of fraud?
