In looking over my credit report I noticed that SEARS is the only listing under my "Derogatory Payment Information" section with a $0 balance and "Included in Bankruptcy" in the notes section. We had more than just SEARS in the BK but why is this the only one showing on my Credit Alert (Privacy Guard)? Can I get that deleted? Why just SEARS? Anyone have a clue what I'm talking about?
Is you bankruptcy listed? If not - you can get the TL "Included in Banrkuptcy" deleted by just stating no knowledge of filing bankruptcy in your dispute.
PrivacyGuard records are not complete. They list most entries only for 24 months. I have a couple 30 day lates that show on all three of my reports form the CRAs but it shows as being never late on the PrivacyGuard report for two out of the three. Their reports are good for the buck I spent for three months, other than that they are worthless.
