I've posted this message a few times but never got a reply... I'm just almost sure that at least one person out there has info.. so *please* help me! Has anyone had any success sending a goodwill letter to wells fargo over a student loan (or anything for that matter)? If so, who was it sent to? I've sent my goodwill letter almost a month ago now, and it's safe to assume that since I haven't heard anything yet, I probably won't hear anything about it. I need some advise please!! Rakt3, I had luck with a goodwill adjustment with Cap1 but it DID take a cpl months. My first one was ignored so I sent another and included the fact that I was diappointed in the nonreply. I kept my tone professional and polite, even a little pathetic actually. lol Then I had to call to follow up. Try it again and then call them.
Oh I have absolutely no problem sounding pathetic. They dont know me.. and they'll probably forget about it once they're done with it anyway. Ok, I think I'll be sending another one. Again, I'll have to send it to "dear account manager" since I really dont know who to send it to.. By the way, I sent a goodwill to citibank at th same time. I got a positive reply back from citibank 2 weeks later... just never got anything from wells fargo bank.
