    than I do...

Here is where I am on his:

    --------
Both bankruptcies still stand and were verified on all three:

    Chapter 7 - discharged 6/95
    Chapter 13 - discharged 5/01

    ---------
Citizen's Bank - I1 - DOLA 1/03 - showing 1-30 day late but is reading "loan in default - paid or being paid by government guarantor" ???
    Showing on all three

Disputed/verified, sent goodwill-ish letter - no reply. We still have the letter stating that they were no longer doing business with the OC and sold all the accounts back.

    ---------
Quick Collect - Collection included in BK - DOLA 4/97

Disputed/verified but it is getting so old (6 years 2 months) that I think if I keep up it will come off.

    ---------
Community First Bank - Paid Closed - I1 - showing 1-30 day late, DOLA 1/03
Showing on EQ and EXP, deleted TU

    Disputed/verified

    --------
Collection Center - This account used to read closed/paid/included in BK. Now it reads paid or paying as agreed / paid off 3/01 / open account. ::sigh::

Sent val letter CRRR (see below) then will dispute again when I get the green card back.

    -------
Collection Center - Open utility - $119 owed

We sent out a first validation letter CRRR asking for information on all accounts they have on DH. After that we will likely just pay this account since Collection Center deletes everything that is paid unless it's been included in BK.

    -------
He also has quite a few inquiries from home buying

    Positive credit:
Summit Lease (auto) Never late $28615/26553
    First Premier $250 new
    Target $300 new

I have the paperwork to add him as an authorized user to my Bank of Marin that will be 2 in Oct./never late.

He will have the mortgage loan on his credit.

We have a checking and opened a savings account.

    Anything I am missing here?

Looking good IMHO. Need those new credit cards to get some age on them. What is/was the Citizens Bank thing?

Our local hospital doesn't handle their own larger billing. They sell the accounts to banks who set up loans for the individuals. Citizen's bank bought the loan from the hospital then sold all the loans back. We are now paying new bank for that loan.

Hopefully that will show up as a good paying account too.
