I called to Citi Card Customer Service to convert one of my Citi Dividend into Diamond Preferred Rewards Card. I think that it is a pretty good rewards to earn different type of rewards and the apr is slightly higher than my old Citi Dividend Select Card. The APR of new card is 10.24% for purchases and it doesn't matter because the account is autopay from my checking account by the due date. They used to sent me the new card and keep the current number. They told me that I will get the new card until the current expire. I guess they sent me the card and it cost them money. Ron, Congrats on your new cards... I was unable to find this in the search, but I for one would like to hear your story...were you sub 600 at one time and worked you way up to the top? Thanks in advance...
